Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This policy describes what information Live Work Pet, Inc. collects through liveworkpet.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It describes what the site actually does today. If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
Who we are
Live Work Pet, Inc. provides managed pet services programs for multifamily owners and operators. This site is a business-to-business marketing site. For any privacy question or request, contact Jason@liveworkpet.com.
What we collect
Lead form submissions. Our lead capture forms collect your name, work email, company or ownership group, portfolio unit-count bracket (under 100, 100–300, 300–1,000, or 1,000+), primary market or city, and an optional message. With each submission we also store an internal source label identifying which page or form it came from, the HTTP referrer, and the browser user-agent string.
Gated report requests. To download the 2026 Pet-Housing NOI Report, we collect your name, email, and optionally your company. These requests are stored in the same records as other leads, labeled as report requests.
Usage and analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-C9RGLBRZNC) to understand how the site is used. This records page views and interaction events along with the page URL, page path, page title, referrer, and the general information a browser sends, including IP address and device and browser characteristics. The interaction events we send include booking-CTA clicks, revenue calculator starts and completions, form starts and submissions, NOI report download steps, article scroll depth and reading completion, article CTA clicks, and a standardized lead event with the source label. These events carry the page context and source labels described above; they are not used to send us the contents of your form fields.
Booking data. When you book a discovery call, the scheduling happens in Calendly, either in a popup on our site or in the embedded scheduler on our booking page. The name, email, and any answers you give the scheduler go to Calendly and are shared with us. We may append campaign attribution parameters (utm values, such as which page you came from) to the Calendly link so the booking is attributed to the right page.
Submissions from AI agents (MCP). We publish a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at /mcp so AI assistants and agents can read our published research and market pages and can submit a lead on a person's behalf. The agent-facing lead tool accepts the same fields as our web form — name, email, company, unit-count bracket, market, optional message, and a source label — and those submissions are stored and emailed to us exactly like a form submission. If you ask an AI agent to contact us, the information the agent sends is collected here. We cannot see or control what an agent sends beyond those fields.
Server logs. Our server records a small log entry when a booking CTA is clicked, containing the CTA location label, page path, referrer, and timestamp. Ordinary web server and application logs are also generated in the course of serving the site.
Local browser storage. The site stores a simple counter of booking-CTA clicks in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information, payment card data, or information about children. The site is not directed to anyone under 16.
Why we process it
- To respond to inquiries and follow up on a possible pilot or program.
- To send the research report or analysis you requested.
- To send transactional email related to your request, including a confirmation.
- To operate, secure, measure, and improve the site and our content.
Our basis for this processing is our legitimate business interest in operating a business-to-business marketing site and responding to people who contact us, and, where you submit a form or request a report, performing what you asked us to do.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it with the service providers that operate this site and our follow-up:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — site analytics, measurement ID G-C9RGLBRZNC. Receives usage and event data as described above.
- Calendly — discovery call scheduling. Receives the information you enter in the scheduler plus attribution parameters.
- Supabase — the managed Postgres database where lead records, report requests, our email send log, and email suppression and unsubscribe records are stored.
- Lovable — our hosting and application platform, and the managed transactional email service that delivers our email. Our email is sent from the liveworkpet.com and notify.liveworkpet.com domains through that service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the security of the site, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not disclose lead information to other property owners, operators, or data brokers.
Retention
We keep lead and report-request records for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and no longer than three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them longer for legal reasons. Email send logs and suppression records are kept as long as needed to honor opt-outs and troubleshoot delivery. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics property. Server logs are short-lived and retained by our hosting platform.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request a copy of it, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share it, there is nothing to opt out of; we still honor requests to know, correct, and delete. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.
To exercise any of these rights, email Jason@liveworkpet.com with the request and the email address you used on our site. We will verify the request by replying to that address and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies in your browser — typically _ga and a _ga_<container> cookie — to distinguish visitors and sessions. We use these for measurement only. We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on this site, and we do not currently show a cookie banner.
You can opt out by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, by using your browser's Do Not Track or tracking-protection settings, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Calendly sets its own cookies when the scheduler loads; that is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
Email and unsubscribing
Transactional email we send in response to your request includes an unsubscribe link. Using it adds your address to our suppression list, and we stop sending. You can also reply to any message or email Jason@liveworkpet.com to be removed.
Security and location of data
Lead records are stored in a database that is not publicly readable; access is restricted to our server-side code and our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our providers are United States based, and information may be processed in the United States.
Changes and contact
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date. Questions, requests, or corrections: Jason@liveworkpet.com. See also our Terms of Use.
